Flora and Fauna on the 'Vine

Two slide shows below with most pictures taken in early to mid-March. The first is a collection of some of the spring blooms I saw along the creek. The second shows evidence of some of the animal residents. There appears to be the kind of animals typical of a creek of this sort: raccoon, coyote, beaver, wild turkey, frogs, tadpoles, butterflies, deer, and I suspect cougar or similarly related wild cat. I know there are also some foxes in the area too, although I can't say I saw any specific evidence. There is a suggestion of a wild turkey nest "raid," but any number of critters may be to blame for that, not just a fox.
